Victoria Eldercare started when partners Dr.Bruce Veltri and son-in-law Phil Poss saw a need in our community. Phil Poss' aging 98 year old grandma fell while in her own home. She didn't want to leave her home, but needed just a little bit of care. There was no help available and the system was difficult to navigate. Phil and Dr. Bruce saw a need in our community, our society, and for Phil's own grandmother. They then decided, after seeing the lack of available help, to create a business that would help assist seniors, in every way possible.
